Salon Policies
Please understand that when you forget, or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, We miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with another client.
please respect our time, as we do our best to respect yours!
To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we require:
*24 Hour Notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
*A 50% deposit when scheduling online for high-end services, which will be applied toward your total service cost.
*In the event of a NO-CALL/NO-SHOW, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Multiple no shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments.
