Hello Loves! The State of Illinois has released our guidelines for reopening. Here is an update on what you can expect.
The guidelines state that for a salon, it is mandatory in the State of Illinois that all Employees and Clients wear face coverings over their nose and mouth. Only exceptions are children under the age of 2 and clients with medical conditions or disabilities that prevents them from safely wearing a face covering.
If you are early, Please wait in your car until it is time for your appointment. Only the person receiving a service will be allowed to enter the building.
If your child is receiving a service, you will be allowed to accompany them. Only you and that child will be allowed to enter the building. All other family members, such as siblings, will need to stay home or wait in the car with a supervised adult for their appointment.
Hand sanitizer will be provided. Your stylist will have you use it before sitting down for your service. They will be using it as well.
As always, we will be using a new cape and sanitized tools for each client. And we will be sanitizing our work stations between each client.
At this time, we have to eliminate our complementary beverages and snacks.
Please, if you are not feeling well, contact us to reschedule and stay home. We will do our best to get you in as soon as it’s safe and you feel better.
Please remember these are the State Guidelines for our business to be open and we have to follow them. We ask that you be patient with us as we get back into the groove of things. Thank you all for your understanding, love, and support! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
